STEP 1. - For App Only Transactions ($1,000 to $250,000)

Signed Credit Application (All owners with more than 10% ownership)
Credit Bureau (s)
Invoice & Equipment Specs
3 Months Bank Statements

For App over $250,000 also require the following items:

Facilities List along with Proof of Ownership
Transaction Summary
Personal Financial Statement
2 years Business and Personal Tax Returns (in some cases 3 years required)
2 years Full Business Financials (In some cases 3 years required)
Interim Statements
